This festive family favorite will transform the Simi Valley Station into a hub of holiday cheer on Saturday, December 14, with two train departures at 9:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.

“It’s a fun and unique way to kick off the holidays,” said longtime Simi Valley resident Carol Martinez. “My kids enjoyed the one from last year, especially meeting Santa and singing with the elves. It’s become something we look forward to.”
The fun starts before the train even leaves the station. Early arrivals at the Simi Valley Station can dive into pre-boarding festivities, including craft stations for kids and live holiday music. Families are also encouraged to bring items for a local charity drive, making it a chance to give back during the season of giving.
Tickets are $25 per person, with an option to reserve limited table seating for an extra $5. Children under two ride for free on a parent’s lap. Tickets must be purchased in advance on Metrolink’s website, and the event’s popularity means they’re likely to sell out quickly.
